Saturday Morning Race Training

The Saturday Morning Fitness Training session is for people who want to improve their race skills, training for the Avon Descent or just to keep fit. The sessions last for approximately 1 hour and will improve your race fitness, speed and racing skills in a fun and social atmosphere.

All levels of fitness and paddle craft welcome!

Saturday Morning Fitness Trainig is held at Matilda Bay (Crawley), but we like to change the venue every few weeks to keep our training interesting and exciting. The session starts at 7:15am, and last approximately 1hr.

Pfd’s are compulsory

Cost

$10 per training session or
Purchase an Epic Adventure Training saver card for $30 valid for 4 sessions for the price of 3 (averages to a cost of $7.50 a session). Saver cards have no expiry date and can be used for Saturday morning training sessions and Monday MTB sessions.

 

Where?

 

Ski's For Fitness Training

If you need a ski for our Fitness Training session can bring one down for a fee of $10.
They will need to be booked by the Thursday before the session.
